Community Grant Award
TASBE have been successful in their attempt to obtain an Arts Society Community grant of £250 for Harborne Academy. The grant will be used to help provide materials for the school's Remembrance Day Project which is intending to combine woodworking, writing and design skills with a local history project looking at the properties in the Harborne Area that had young men leave for the first world war never to return.
As the project progresses we will post updates to the website and are hoping to organise a visit for members to a proposed exhibition of the Project's finished work.
